Almost 20 years ago I began collecting old worn out gloves that needed a little love, repair and re-lace. Once whatever work that is needed is completed I would donate them to a local organization or such countries: Nicaragua, Panama and or the Dominican Republic.
In order to collect more gloves I am implementing a direct exchange program. It will work like this.
For every 1 glove donated I will take 50% off any services provided.
For every 3 gloves donated I will provide free services.
I wish I could take full credit for this idea but I cannot claim it as my own but I saw this idea from a fellow glove repairman in another state.
